Why should I sign up?
We are a teacher-run business (unlike other review companies) and understand the realities of standardized testing. Our hand-picked instructors incorporate comprehensive curriculum review, test-taking tips for all portions of the exam, including multiple-choice and essay questions, and help students organize their studying! Most importantly, you get all of this for an exceptional price of $249 (most one-on-one AP tutors charge at least $125/hr).
What separates BEAT The TEST from other Long Island AP review companies?
What materials should students bring to the review?
Each review class is held at Nassau Community College in Building G and starts promptly at 9 am and lasts until 4 pm with a 45-minute lunch break during the day. The primary focus of the day is content (curriculum) review. Additional time is spent on test-taking tips, as well as helping students organize their studying. This comprehensive three-tiered approach to learning has helped many Long Island students beat the AP test over the years!
How long are the review courses and what's covered in the review?
BEAT The TEST cannot guarantee that seats will be available on the actual day itself. Due to limited seating, please sign up ahead of time and/or call us at 516-724-1059 to guarantee your spot.
Can I sign up on the actual day itself?
BEAT The TEST will supply students with all necessary materials, including content-based packets (specific to each subject), scrap paper for note-taking, and a pen. All you have to do is bring yourself and a bagged lunch...we'll take care of the rest!!!
